Training

At the moment we ask that all staff are CRB checked as we are working closely with vulnerable adults. Starting with a shadowing role following more experiences members, you get induction training that will set you off on the right path from the start.

We cover manual handling, safeguarding, health and safety, medication and first aid. We also cover some areas of food preparation and make sure that everyone is up to scratch before being placed into the full role. Other areas of training include:

  • POVA
  • Dementia Training
  • NVQ Levels 2 and 3
  • Infection Control
  • Food Hygiene

Our team are attentive and work together to provide the best care services possible for our clients throughout Exeter and the surrounding areas.

Teamwork

Teamwork means a lot to our team and we take it very seriously when working in our daily roles. With communication being encouraged within all team members, we ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to caring, enabling services, sleeping and waking nights and personal care.
